Sharon received certifications as a Professional Life Coach in 2011 and a Reiki Master in 2013. She enjoys working with anyone on a transformational or healing journey seeking deep relaxation and peace, increased joy, rejuvenation and re-visioning. She is especially passionate about helping others learn to manage their stress levels, find more happiness and fulfillment in their everyday lives, and create and reach for big visions. She developed the unique RAFA Vortex to assist and support those on a transformational adventure. She calls herself the Ride Life Coach because everyone can learn to ride the energetic waves of life and elevate their journey!
